Self-Pay Rates

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: $300.00​

     (An initial psychiatric evaluation is required for all new patients.)

   

Follow-Up Medication Management Visits: 

    

     First 30 minutes - $150.00

     Over 30 minutes - $75 per 15 minutes

     (Follow-up visits occur after the initial intake and are scheduled through

       your provider).

​

Psycho-Therapy: 

       Individual - $185 Per 50-minute session

       Couples - Contact us to discuss your needs.

​

Report/Documents Fee: $50.00/15-minutes required to complete (includes staff time)  (examples: FMLA, Pet Letters, other)

​

Return Check Fee: $25.00

​

Cancellation less than 24 hours notice or no show:

     $150 per occurrence, charged to card on file.
